I support educational options for ALL students. If tax dollars are going to private schools, then full oversight, transparency, and accountability MUST be in place before the money. $825M to vouchers by 2032 could pay NC teachers an extra $8,800 a year with that. If this was some other governmental program that had NO OVERSIGHT, TRANSPARENCY, and ACCOUNTABILITY there would be a massive backlash. Early voting begins October 17th.
