So as a district, this is what it has come to...

Here is so much work that we as a district, state, and nation need to do that will cause kids to want to be in school…this isn’t it. Let me be clear doing things the way we have always done is not the solution either. To all who say “When I was in school…” your approach is outdated too. The world is literally at our kid’s fingertips. The curriculum we teach is outdated, how we teach it is outdated, and how we assess it is outdated. Students and teachers all know this but those who make the laws are basing them on their educational experiences.
